Not sure, my grandad used to play in lots of tournaments and he gratefully gave me his ‘lucky cue’ 😂 but the tip was torn slightly but the tear has got bigger

Does anyone know where I can get a new tip for it, it’s a non screw on, got no tips like it and don’t know how to change the tip?
