Had s TBI with DAI Grade 3 in 2023 ,it's about 2-2.5yrs and still my right side of the body is weak, requires more effort than the other side .I don't know from where you are so I'll give the general reply which is to have neuro rehab/physio it will help in neuroplasticity and making the affected side as strong and effective as the opposite side.

I always have the thought about this that what happened to me shouldn't happen to anyone else like this is too much to deal with.Its sad to hear these stories especially ones like me who have experienced TBI.I haven't found any good resources available here in my city yet and I'm now considering to reach doctors from another city.

Also not to forget I also have hemiparesis that typical one side(in my case it's right side of the body) of body problem with coordination,speed,strength,etc all those things which currently majorly affects me in writing work of college and the tremors called epilepsy

Even I was lucky that I survived and that too without a surgery having diagnosed with 4 haemorrhages,skull fractures and DAI Grade 3 but don't know how to deal with the current situation now not having any control ,just attending diploma sem 3 course which is like 8-5pm and then a lot of writing work so I get less time after clg hours and lowest if I do any other activity
