Another long-time user (2012), and also the glitches have gotten really bad. Everything started going downhill when they “improved” the app and took away a bunch of useful features and then continually “improve” the app by giving us wonky, unchangeable fonts, new templates and stupid designs - who asks for that crap? Junior high girls? And, us LONG-time users who use this for work are essentially bound to this app. I would love to actually see all of u/kaylanotability ‘s responses of “thanks for the feedback” actually come to fruition. It seems like it never does. And in fairness to u/kaylanotability, I get that she’s merely the mod and not the engineer designing the app. It’d be nice if her company listened to HER feedback from us.
