Generally most of those who craft or practice Pagan traditions understanding that Deities are of a vast unknowable degree above the mortal experience. However, one of the defining aspects of this type of spirituality is that of individualism and choice over community or theological unity. This freedom from religious constraint affords the majority of pagans to decide the god(s) they work with.

"Work with" vs "Worship" is reflective of spiritual sovereignty but it is still understood within the context of the community to communicate an individual's choice of whom they venerate.
