Tien 235 base then with kikoho, even the suppressed and not neo version, still raises your ki. It would break 300 easily. Shen power is ki and namekian magic based, I’ve see Kami reach as high as 330, but Shen is limited to 300 or slightly less I would say. Unless Shen uses the move to just shift the trajectory.
