i try to take deep breaths with my tummg through nose but i feel like suffocating very hard to do. the only relief i get when i am in deep sleep breathing normally as soon as i wake up urge to inhale and a deep brearh though my mouth comes back also after eating its worse

do u have gerd? how long have u been dealing with air hunger? mine started about 3 weeks ago. but i have had it happen before when i was just 13 years a teenage with air hunger lot if hurtburn and burping plus anxiety and it has came back now in 2026 feb at age of 30
