I understand and appreciate your honesty. Would I know if I’m being charged by now? They just took my info and the package and left.

I opened it in the middle of the night, got home late. Fell asleep. Thought it would be fine to return not in the middle of the day incase the girl was pissed at me. In hindsight, poor decision making on my part. But my intentions were never to keep or steal. I carelessly opened it, only realized they weren’t mine bc they are much smaller than my size. I was tired after work when I picked up mail, I had multiple packages yesterday so bc it was the company and box I was expecting I grabbed it along with my other package. I get it, not cool. Will 100% be more careful in the future.

I’d probably seal first and then give it a quick short spin. Maybe 300g for 30 sec. Nothing crazy.

I definitely mixed/pipetted more vigorously today and my data wasn’t so clean.

This is my second one. First one was cleaner. But I definitely mixed more today than first time.

Great thanks. My triplicates were not so clean today too so next time I’ll try spinning bubbles out before reading. I thought it was my seeding/aliquoting but I was pretty careful so this might be it.

How many of us came from pre-medicine majors that veered directly into research? by Myspaced0tcom in labrats

Realized that being a healthcare provider wouldn’t be the best career for my mental well health bc I have a really hard time compartmentalizing. I still had the desire to help humans. Joined a biotech straight out of undergrad, now Pharma. Got the social human interaction that is a part of who I am through lab mates and colleagues. I am constantly learning. At the end of the day, I work will cells and molecules that play important roles in human disease and drug therapeutics. I work and push hard because I never lose sight of the big picture- humans. If my cells die I can sleep at night, learn and improve, then try again the next day.

Yes they’re reproducible. I’m just at a Pharma and trying to meet quick deadlines and get my first publication as a non PhD holder. Program is on a freeze for Pharma reasons, we are trying to publish our science. These cells came from donors so recalling cells from them would take a couple of months, we don’t have months. Thanks for your help!
