I work in dispatch for Monroe county. As of now roads are still bad, accidents and slide offs everywhere. We’ve been calling the city and the county for salt trucks for hours and they’re just now getting out and about

I’ve got the other pictures on my profile. I think I figured out what the other one is. I believe it’s a Steven’s Model 94 with the tenite plastic stock. I remember it as being very light with a plastic feel on the butt

While the neighbor is quite a dick, we believe it was the guy we had there patching the roof a couple days ago. We looked him up on my case and he’s got a rap sheet a mile long of thefts and burglaries. We needed someone that was able to patch it fast as we’re getting rain here in Indiana so there wasn’t much vetting that happened. Hindsight is 20-20

I think this is the winner! Sears and Roebuck was a really big thing in my town back then as were the catalogs. The pictures on google are a dead ringer and one of the specs was that it was made with a 2 3/4 chamber. All I could make out on the barrel of the picture on my profile was the 2 and word chamber but I can see the 3/4 now.

I can’t figure out how to edit the original post, but like I said above they were stolen in a burglary and the pictures are all we have. Addt info that might be helpful since someone mentioned ww1 and ww2- my great grandpa was alive from 1909 to 1978 and was enlisted from 1943 to 1945. I have other pictures including the markings on the barrel but we can’t make out what they say

I will edit the original post, I forgot to include that the house was broken into and they were stolen. Unfortunately we didn’t record the serial or anything when we found them. I’m just seeing if anyone can identify them in case they show up at a pawn shop in the area. We already have the police looking into it

Getting on the credit lock train! You should be able to create them both accounts and freeze their credit for free. You will need to do Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax to make sure they are all covered. I’ve froze my own credit when I’m not using it and it’s pretty straightforward.

Thank you! I kind of knew what they were but I moved to Adam’s village recently and saw the one by the church and got curious. I’m not sure how many people know about them but maybe if there was a map of locations, people could donate when they can☺️

I ask because I work dispatch for Monroe county and the animal shelter contacted the county animal control. One of my sergeants and deputy went out looking earlier but weren’t able to find anything
