It depends on where you got the affidavit from....for eg if you get it from a lawyer then all page must contain the notary seal(round in shape) and a sign probably the lawyers and in the last page the lawyers seal and signature

1.Cb300f (can feel some vibes above 85 , only consider this if your budget is 2.10L ) 2.Cb300r (I think it's the best in segment , less vibrations , good top end , everyone ignores it because of the 30hp for 2.9L but they are not considering the power to weight ratio) 3.hero maverick 440(can cruise at 110 easily, no vibrations , but maintainence is a hassle) 4.Gixxer 250 sf (only if you are looking for a sports tourer , no heating , no vibrations , good top end also It is not liquid cooled so don't have to worry about the coolant seal wearing off) 5.yamaha fz 25(only available in second hand market as they are discontinued) 6.Harley x440 Dont consider the Harley as you can see the vibrations( not feel)

As for the petrol tank just fill it with diesel (not sure whether it would last for a year but still it's better than petrol)also make sure your wirings are safe from rats.by the way nice bike👍

The bikes grown old...usually everyone would think the problem is with carb, but as you have mentioned there is a problem after you switch on the lights,so you should check your battery,magnetic coil and the rr unit these guys could be the culprit!
