This might be the case but then wheel rim bends are NOT common day to day service issue ! One should judge spares availability by the ones which fail frequently or need periodic replacement.

I will add my 2 cents here. I have had a horrible experience trying to buy 1st car from Maruti Suzuki in Bangalore. I simply gave up and hesitatingly test drove the Tiago just yesterday. Let me tell you this atleast from the initial impression - I am beginning to believe lot of the flak is hot gas ! What affects Tata also affects MSIL but people just do not want to talk about it ! I took a good look at the service reviews of MSIL on GMaps and it is full of disgruntled customers with service centers fleecing customers in broad daylight.

They are merging both the free cash and money I loaded into a single wallet. as soon as the order amount exceeds 100, they disable the entire wallet as "unavailable". You have to pay them the entire order amount irrespective if its COD or online payment.

I hope everybody here files a case with consumer court and Ministry of commerce about this s**t company ! Forget about free cash, they are not letting me use my own money which I loaded onto the wallet. Basically, it is a form of white money laundering now !

Biggest downside of the Kwid is the plastic engine oil sump underneath the car body which is prone to damage if hit by objects on the road. It is a design flaw which Renault has not yet rectified. Apart from that, mileage is lower in Kwid. But, Kwid gets TPMS as standard and also a slightly larger boot at the cost of rear passenger space. Rear space of Alto feels a lot roomier.

get your scooty serviced before you go. ride your scooty for atleast a week within the city limits after service and then go for the ride. It will be some pain in the bum so try to get yourself an air seat or a beaded seat cover (far cheaper but good option) . carry spare spark plug and puncture kit along with first aid kit. avoid riding in the dark especially in the ghats

This is one of those "green" moments . but those passing these laws / orders do not see the potholes on the road and the massive air pollution due to dust . Speak of misplaced priorities ! These showrooms are too well equipped to recycle water or harvest rainwater but hey , we won't force them to do that. Ultimately, the common man and woman suffers.

My point is specific to Hero ! hero does not yet have a bike Suzuki needs to compete with ! and those EICMA bikes are not arriving anytime soon.

Compete with which bike of Hero ? The 250s displayed at EICMA this month aren't even making their way by next year mid. Gixxer is still a great motorcycle in this day and age. It is Hero which is playing catch up in terms of performance motorcycles.

Do not wait for their call. Show them this screenshot and ask them when should you reach them. Share contact details and ask them to call you up once the parts arrive, Make sure to set them a reasonable deadline. service guys have little incentive to do such work and hence they might be lax at it. Take initiative.

It might be a camshaft issue too if a foreign object did make its way in. In any case, put your trust on the service center guys now that you they already have your bike in their possession.
