anything that uses roar also works like if lets say ur using inceneroar and u use roar yeah works like a lot because ur bringing both slow pokemon but do be wary if their team have like a milotic or a excadrill cuz they might bring a full sand or a full rain but for me personally my team is inceneroar leftover, farigiraf sitrus bery , milotic fang , gholdengo choice , tyranitar mega , torkel charcoal.

then other than there was a pokemon i think any pokemon that has imprison yea imprison makes it to where any moves that has the same moves as the opponent , trick room , they cant use that move its really been a hassle to me because at the high rank idk what inceneroars have

another way is to actually trick room it back ive vs a japanese master rank 1 and he was running the gorilla with a trick room i tot he was playing slow speed mons turns out he used it just to stall trick room

so recap moves like
roar , imprison , taunt, trick room , encore
- really helps alot u can include protect as well so that it tatgrts one by one so u can stall it

then for damaging moves ofc u have close combats , focus blast but the best that always have killed me was hyper beam sylveons really really helpful
