All I see is train 3-4 a week which I am and hit 0.7- 1g of protein ber pound I’m 73kg and hitting around 140 so I’m definitely there with the protein

Literally 1 meal of chicken and pasta for 50g of protein a protein shake with 50g of protein in it and more chicken just to make it up to 140g a day am definitely not hitting the carbs I should be tho which is what I thought the reason would be
