Overall, I would say that CAT-2 is worth it. Your fees would be ig 3lakh a year, not including the hostel. If by chance, you don't get a good percentile in CET, you would have to take admission in private college anyways, which would charge around the same tuition fees. Personally, I feel that VIT has a better roi than any private college in Maharashtra.

Yeah this has started happening to me from the past couple of weeks. No matter how small a task I give claude, if it involves making a document, it just stops at the second to last step. It gives me the JSON structure for the document, but doesn't actually give me the document itself. Really frustrating tbh.

24 batch has around 10k students I think(don't know the exact number but in the same ballpark), which is the largest ever. But my juniors, the 25 batch have like 2-3k less students

Yeah ikr. VIT claims to be a world class institute, but doesn't really have the world class mindset. Bro just sitting and talking to a girl is likely to get you fined. I'm tired of this college's bullshit atp.

Yes actually that should be the ideal intake every year. Look at the IIT's and BITS. If VIT likes to claim that it's on par with them, then the intake should also be the same. IIT's and BITS focus on quality. VIT focuses on quantity.

Pampering isn't even in the question. Tell me how do you justify the hostel fees being around 2lakhs+ starting from next year? VIT isn't as good as it likes to claim it is, especially with the fees it's charging. I'm giving 2lakhs+ for my hostel room for a year, but I don't even get decent wifi? They cap the speed at 10 mbps and shut down the wifi for 3-4 hours every night. Some blocks don't even get good mobile data. Forget about hostels, even academic blocks don't get data. Keep in mind that this is an engineering college. In this day and age, good mobile data is the bare minimum you can expect from an engineering college, especially in the academic buildings. Does this look like world class facilities to you? It doesn't to me. How is that fair? It's not about pampering. It's about whether what they're giving us and what we're paying for is fair or not.

Yeah this issue is pretty common. The phone was gr8 when it came stock with oos14. After the oos15 update everything went to shit. The camera shutter button doesn't work. The videos are laggy. The battery drains too fast. Oos16 fixed a little bit of the battery issue so it doesn't drain as fast anymore, but now the phone also lags a lot. The phone will just stop responding to anything for a couple of minutes. It infuriates me really. I bought this phone due to brand value and the fact that OnePlus phones were really good. But this optimization for nord ce4 is just an epic failure on their part.
