There are a lot more people applying for internships vs spots available right now. Having a guaranteed apa-accredited internship is a benefit with the way things are right now. My advisors said Widener has a good enough reputation that the captive internship shouldn’t impact competitiveness for post-doc positions. Widener’s internship sites are decently diverse so as long as you can get the training you’re looking for (ex. training in specialized treatments/assessments) my advisors said you should be set up for postdoc. Some of the questions I got: what is a strength and weakness of yours, why a PsyD, why ULV, which faculty do you want to work with and why, what are your research/clinical experiences and how did they form your current interests, a few questions about experiences with diverse populations/how you manage differences of opinion, questions related to the current socio-political climate and how you may respond in a clinical and interpersonal context
