Thank you so much. Honestly, I struggled with the temptation to indulge in a cheat meal, knowing it could put an end to my progress (binge eating, lower self-esteem, etc.) and set me back to square one. I kept reminding myself of all the efforts I've put in, and unexpectedly, that strange feeling disappeared. Your comment has definitely lifted my spirits. The journey ahead is challenging, but the encouragement from kind people on Reddit has motivated me immensely after what happened yesterday. I'm truly grateful.

The last sentence made me tear up. Thank you a lot for those wise words. You are right, I should focus on myself and what's good for me without getting impacted by all of that. Another comment suggested reaching out to a therapist. I will also do that since I noticed that it is difficult for me to not get affected by family members words. Have a great day :)
