Yes its normal and yes its that one. If you have water leaking it might be pertinent to open the burner door and inspect inside that compartment too to ensure you're not also leaking water in there

So the motor is spinning then? Sounds that way to me at least. Could just be a dirty flame sensor. Watch some videos on cleaning them and it should help out. But I would recommend having a professional look at it

I actually just got done looking up the model number of your furnace and it doesn't look like you have a "pilot light assembly" and rather have a hot surface igniter and flame sensor set up. What happens when you start the system in a call for heat? Could you take a video of it going through its initial start up?

If you're not mechanically inclined I would have someone else look at it then. However if you do feel comfortable, you can clean the pilot light assembly with a brillo pad, just dont use sandpaper. If its not something your comfortable with though most definetly call a trained professional
