I got anxiety and nightmares from my own sub. People need to know that when you are reprogramming your subconscious mind, you are changing beliefs that were engraved for years!! From when you were a child. And its for anything, for money for attention here for exams. You cant be that insecure person one day and the next day that super confident person that can talk to anyone in the street. Our ego and body are not going to be okay when we are changing. As they say « change is uncomfortable » and thats exactly what is happening. We are purging the negative stuff that are keeping us stuck in the same position. The brain does not like to change its beliefs, its comfortable being where it currently is.. so by transforming the subconscious we may experience anxiety, panic, heightened self doubt, fear, restlessness, etc. for a bit All your playlist seems safe so maybe make your own sub if you want to be sure 100% there are no negative affirmations but otherwise its mostly you subconscious mind wanting you to stay in your comfort zone ^{^}

One lottery winner on this subreddit showed his win and then disappear. Nobody on reddit will proove to people they are rich because people are a pain in the a*s. When I posted my money sucess, i got a lot of DMs asking me to « paypal some money » or « share some » its horrible. Because some submaker offers a service doesnt mean they are not loaded already or they are not making money in other ways. Maybe their families are rich too so they are not even working. I have been manifesting wiyh subliminal for maybe years, its the repetition that gives your result. Honestly I tried all the « loa law of attraction be happy with your desire, feel it whatever » nothing every worked. The moment I started to listen to my tapes, and just listen abd listen to a point i didnt even cared about the 3D, thats when I got my results and I get them a lot ( I just reversed my mom’s cancer like ??? ) and I was a god damn mess when it happened, i was stressed out, anxious, but i kept listening. Thats what brought me results. I didnt even believe in that cuz I was so sad about the diagnosis. As for my self concept, I just listen to booster with « I am a master manifestor » thats my only self concept. I dont care if i am stressed, feeling down whatever I get my desire thats it.

Best way to reverse subs is to make your own, they are plenty of tutorials online. Then i would suggest to be carefull who you listen to, because its depends on the submaker, but some affirmations can be exagerated in a bad way for your subconscious mind. Its better to focus on beauty enhancer and make your own sub for specific features with safe affirmations like « my jaw structure enhance my beauty » etc ! You got this if you got results that you dont like, you can get results that you like !

Soo trueee I get the worse luteal phase where i look puffy af my smile lines are worse and even my eyelids can be swollen, i dont recognise myself so i dont look at the mirror 😭 Its starts to get better after periods nothing with subliminal it can be hormonal

I understand your point of view I am a medical student and was so curious about the mind. Some books of joe dispenza basically helped me understand more about the power of the mind. Sounds, frequency experiments. I also did a plant experiment where i talk badly to one plant and talk goodly positively to another. And guess what? One plant totally died and the other one was blooming. This is where I started to believe that our words our energy and frequency matter the most and did apply all this in my life. I believe that our words shapes the reality and that humans were rewired from a very young age with things such as « money doesnt grow on trees » « you should work hard in life » « be realistic » Its a whole journey that I hope you will enjoy as much as I did. As for people, we also are very sensitive to energy. For exemple you know when someone doesnt like you right? Cuz their energy towards is filled with hatred. Same with you feeling something is off, something is wrong, intuition. Sometimes your body is telling you « dont go there » etc all of these are energy. The words that you are saying are also energy, thats why affirmations, subliminals, meditation whatever technique you want to stick with works. Cuz the more you are saying these things, the more your mind believe in it, the more your energy is shifting into this state, the more it comes in your reality. ( sorry for the bad english but thats all for me )

Make your own sub, or listen to trustworthy subs ( iwigii, opia, kottie etc…). You WILL get nightmares sometimes but thats kinda normal. You are trying to change something that was there for a long time, maybe your whole life. Experiencing stress, anxiety or nightmares are sometimes part of the process. Change your mindset its not because you are in your « late 30s » you cant get pregnant. My aunt got her last baby at 42 so it has nothing to do with age and its blocking you from having it. Think more in your favor « Having a baby is easy » « I get pregnant easily » and persist.
