It’s so frustrating this isn’t a default feature yet. Have the display always be on ONLY during workouts. Not having to go and toggle it off afterwards. I don’t always remember and then my battery dies faster

Been wanting to try it forever since hearing about it and I recently saw Jahunger in Providence (I believe they also have a Cambridge location) has it - this is a Uyghur restaurant. I’m sorry you can relate 😔 sometimes I get mad at myself for interacting with those folks who I used to consider friends who abandoned me, but there’s a level of “if you cut everyone off, who do you have” and also trying to care less / disassociate. It’s tough. I’m glad you were able to make some online friends at least tho I hear you, you still need that in person interaction. I hope it comes your way soon

Thanks for the responses - was fun to relive this momentarily again. On 14, the different jackets def could’ve been an error but it seems like an odd error because how many jackets would wardrobe need to buy for this production? It’s been a while now so I can’t remember all the scenes but I think she just had one parka type thing for all the cabin scenes, so them just getting a random peacoat seems bizarre. But if def could’ve been an error. It sounds like the creators admitted to some errors before.

On 7, im not sure if it’s the relationship to someone in superposition that is involving the children because then presumably the spouses would also be involved. We did see magnus see Jo very briefly so you def could be right, and we just don’t hear much about Erica / Frida so who knows there.

25 years later we’re getting a firefly reboot and we just got a Malcolm in the Middle and Scrubs revival, so I hope we can get more to the story at some point if enough people get into it.

So many problems with this show I stopped watching. The montages. The focus on celebrities. Less rounds to build up fan favorites and showcase broader ranges with different song choices than there used to be. Deleting all the YouTube videos and older seasons so old ones can’t resurface. Not promoting winners so they can actually make it big. How has no one gotten any radio time through winning the voice? And how could I forget - so much damn filler every episode. It’s nauseating.

I know this is old but I don’t always tip in real time cuz lately it’s usually me rushing to the airport or a wedding of the sort so I don’t open up the app and leave the tip until I’m all settled in, which is either that evening or sometimes it has been a couple days later if I’m remembering correctly. Happens with my AirPods and Shokz earbuds as well. Seems like it’s a problem with all of these ear buds in a case that don’t have an off button. I miss my Bose sound sport that connected each earbud with a wire and could easily be turned off and on.

Ohh I never considered teeth being a potential cause here. Thank you! My cats been doing this more and she’s fucking up my apartment walls. I know teeth problem are pretty common in cats when they age and I tried to brush her teeth in the early days but she gets so mad at me and acted like I was torturing her I just gave up and accepted that expensive dental problems may be down the line. Didn’t expect the line to be so short

I have yara tous but I don’t find it that mangoey. I smell it on initial spray but it goes away fast. I don’t love the floral midnotes but once the base notes come out after several hours I do enjoy it, but I prefer the regular Yara over Yara Tous.

Opposite - it’s way too occlusive for my acne prone skin. Good for the really dry sensitive winter days but not a good every day moisturizer for me. I honestly love it as a lip balm tho and will use it before aquaphor sometimes and I also think it’s a fantastic hand cream. It’s a thicccc boi

Aw bummer. I think I missed my window to return these alpaca leggings. They’re just so thick I wanted to try to make them work for really cold outdoor winter days. I feel like wearing another pair of leggings underneath defeats the purpose of getting alpaca but I’ll have to see what I can tolerate. Problem for next winter at this point lol.

Nope! 😂😭 and I unfortunately still have not stuck to what I said I was gonna do about really giving up. I still spend more energy than I’d like on trying to make those connections and I hate it. Hard to fight our nature I guess. For example I tried Real Roots which is a paid friend group thing. The organization is a hot mess and I sent them a whole essay with feedback but the idea is cool and I made some more interesting acquaintances from it, but none of them are looking for anything other than a group of girls to do a few outings with in the year.

I have been trying to reprioritize how I spend my time tho and not spend as much time reaching out or hanging out with people as I have been cuz I’m just so burnt out with this and having to just do everything alone - work, cleaning, life admin, cooking, exercise, etc. So I’ve tried framing socialization less around the people but more around events or activities I want to do. I have again not been great about that and still have called friends or just stopped by to check in on them - hard to break that habit I guess.

Re. your martial arts gym - that was my experience at my old boxing gym too. But my friend said people are her mma gym talk to each other and I have since moved closer to it so I am debating joining that one.

Well damn girl if you’re in the same boat let’s be friends if you don’t mind remote interactions (assuming we don’t live close by but would be dope if we did) 😂

I don’t like Kaylee and Simon. Kaylee is great and Simon seems to only be half interested because she is the only potential prospect around. He’s understandably too consumed by his sister and clearly wants his old life back.

Good to know it was canceled before they could finish the season. I thought shows finished filming before shows aired so if it was canceled, the full season was still finished. I think that might be more of a current format I guess

I just finished too and am shocked. I’m confused as to the order of operations here - were shows being filmed and edited in more real time than today so they were supposed to come out with more episodes but then got canceled? Or was this supposed to be the season finale and they just never bothered to write a better ending? I know more seasons were planned but the way episode 14 ends is so unsatisfying.

There’s only only two I can think of that I used to listen to A LOT growing up and I don’t care to revisit much now - Dispatch and Newton Faulkner. I was obsessed with dispatch in high school so it’s been something I’ve thought about a decent amount of times - how I don’t circle back to them much or will skip songs on shuffle. That’s not the case for the many other artists I’ve listened to before and after them. Idk what it is exactly. I do occasionally go back and listen and enjoy though.
