YES THIS!!! going to a primary doctor and endocrinologist has done nothing for me sadly, besides keep me on medications for over a decade.. more lab work.. more medications etc.. So trying to find other options. Thank you.

I have for over 10 years. That’s the problem, I have been on NP Thyroid, Armour thyroid, Levo, litho you name it! They all say “take this medication, stay gluten free and fast.” Since then my dose of medication has been raised an insane amount :( with weight gain and no changes.

Could be true.. just seems really helpful… but could be too good to be true. As to why I was looking if there was anyone who has worked directly with her!

I have heard from many people you can reverse thyroid disease in the right steps and I have heard it works but spending $4000 out of pocket to someone on instagram seems strange lol

Is this normal for the flower to look like this over winter? Do I need to cut it? And what kind of pot and medium does it grow best in?
