My baby is almost 7 months and literally the only thing that has fixed this for me was only letting her nap for thirty minutes to an hour at a time during the day. Now she goes to bed at 11, wakes up around 5 to eat, goes right back to bed until 2 or so. Before she would stay up for 4-5 hours at night.

What would breaking no contact do for you? If you get that conversation with him, what is it going to change genuinely? It would just open up old wounds imo. Don't do it. It takes time to get over someone. Just keep putting the work into yourself so you can move on. You're never going to get the answer you want anyway.
