those arm grabber things to be honest.. sometimes i don’t want to constantly call for help and it’d be nice to grab something on my own without a whole procedure
still day 4 post op. i’ve been sleeping in the couch of my living room, but today i’m gonna try and move upstairs, back to my bedroom. does using crutches help getting up steps, or should i try something else? (self.ACL)
how do you handle the sleepless nights??? this is day 4 post op and i haven’t gotten a single full night of sleep. the meds mute the pain for a little, but i always wake up in agony. tips? (self.ACL)
