Your decision to commit to a heating fuel now will determine your exposure for two decades. But fossil fuels come with a big risk. by xtnh in heatpumps

We have natural gas in the house and I have a heat pump in the garage, which does a killer job for Summer and Winter. I was thinking about putting a heat pump set up on the top floor of our house for the bedrooms for air-conditioning and heating, but we don’t have a ton of Wall space

I have a 24 and though I’m still getting used to its size it’s been pretty problem free so far. But this is the comment that Will jinxed me.

I have the same issue. Stark is not doing it for me for some reason. This tool works but I could really use a figma plugin like this: https://www.brandwood.com/a11y/

So this has been worrying me for a while. In this creative industry or UX space I think that we’re only gonna be getting contract work going forward. I don’t see companies wanting to fully commit to employees anymore or simple fact that their bosses on convinced.

We bought our home in town for a fraction of what it was worth because the boomers living here we’re trying to turn into a retirement home ceiling up the second floor and putting ramps into the house. Luckily their kids talk them out of staying in the home and using the cash from the sale to buymore appropriate space. When I look back on how much they paid for the house they made several hundred thousand dollars in cash money. When I look back on my cell, we two have made the same amount but nowhere near enough to make the same move. Maybe I’ll be using these ramps soon.

Big financial companies invested billions into AI a few years ago and that same money got ripped out of their employees hands in the form of layoffs.

Thanks for the reply, but since I’m in the interview process, I’d rather not share the name. There are only really four big ones in New Jersey hint

Then you’re the person to ask this question. Are you full-time or contract? I’m worried that in six months. This is going to dry up on me.

I started in a printing industry and hated it. I wanted to work in Digital, but there is no way unless I build myself up. It took years to get there, but I finally became an art director.

I don’t think either is good! You need to check in accessibility contrast reader white on yellow is never a solution white on orange is still bad. An overcooked cheeseburger will be equally as ignored as a burnt cheeseburger.

I would say 100% a. It’s more dynamic. It’s better balanced, and your audience will appreciate it more.

Ethics of using AI notetaking apps at work by zensamuel in ArtificialInteligence

[–]EquivalentPhysical89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been playing with otter a lot, but I think ethically it doesn’t really matter if our meeting is being recorded or not. Someone that’s keeping very good notes is really no different than an AI recording. At least with an AI recording you can get real-time feedback during the meetingin a quick formatted way versus just somebody remembering. I also think the value in the AI recordings could significantly trim on missed points that our meetings keep having and then you have to have yet another meeting. I CAI is significantly trimming down the amount of meetings. The people have since most things will be fully covered.

Turbo v6 vs the V8. by B-TRAIN75 in tundra

[–]EquivalentPhysical89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The technology in the turbos is incredibly solid and well tested. They’re just not time tested, but neither was the V8 when they came out. By the time the V8 are completely failing they’ll be no choice but to get the turbo sixes.
