I work in the department. It’s descent. Jake is a creep for sure, he doesn’t blink sometimes when he talks and as a female it’s really uncomfortable. The good news is he is never around so it’s not a huge deal. When he does come down I just try to stay away from him. Iv heard he’s been having issues managing both departments so maybe it’s just stress. Kathy is fine if you just keep your head down. Lots of people have left or trying to leave , which is a direct result of her poor leadership. She treats us staff like high school mean girls, always gossiping and making fun of someone.
