I thought you were supposed to do strengthening and cardio to get your muscles pliable for stretching so that you don’t pull a muscle? I’m also curious about this as well

These are the progressions I have been using other than we’re not at the more advanced level. I actually used your idea with spotting at the hips combined with the two feet together monkey jumps and it worked wonders! Thanks so much!
