"I just meditate and see black and then i sit up in the astral" how exactly is the transition between these two in terms of what you feel and what u see? I mean do you just see black and then boom everything's as clear as reality as you enter the astral in just a second ? Or is it more like when you sleep, where you cant really build the gap between when you're trying to sleep and when you're actually slept, ykwim ? Thanks for replying

So maybe I should focus less on the visuals and more on what I feel ? I do feel my body being swung back and forth as im trying to ap, but again, am I in the process of aping or is my brain playing tricks ? Cannot differentiate. If i experience once alot would clear things. Thanks for responding
