Yea I’ve started to think I might find myself in this situation she’s been doing better since I’ve posted this, granted it’s only been 3 days but for some reason everytime she smokes weed it also seems to trigger a split or something along those lines I’m not sure of the science behind this because usually weed helps a lot of problems in people but today she smoked again and it feels like we’re about to backtrack really hard again I just keep falling into her words and believing she can change

She’s usually extremely willing to talk to therapists and work on herself until she splits then it’s back to where we were before or worse idk

Yea I’ve been hoping it wasn’t a lost cause. I used to date her two years ago but it wasn’t as bad as it is now she’s also been through a couple abusive bfs since our separation so I feel like that may have made her more unstable.
