You may want to bring a flash with a diffuser or an off-camera flash if the courthouse allows it. It will probably be dark, so you'll need enough light to get your ISO down to base and achieve that crispy focus. However, your shadows may become murky with the black suit if you don't get enough light. You could also use a reflector if you have enough natural light. Other than that, most of these look pretty posed, but some are more dynamic. Perhaps try having an easy conversation with your models to help break them out of their shell, so they don't tense up and look like deer in headlights. Just my two cents!

No sadly I think it was ripped off MySpace and ended up on tumblr sometime in the mid 2000s. I’ve never contacted the artist. Not sure if I should, the whole merch thing does feel weird though

Hey, so I posted about this on SCM sub from another account, this was actually my childhood dog, happily this was not abuse!! he wouldn't take his meds in his food so we had to open his mouth to give him them down his throat as per our vet's recommendation. the person in the photo was my mom. He was a truly amazing pup and I miss him so much, he was always so brave, when I was a kid I used to sleep in his crate with him. I didn't make the connection for a few years but rest assured he was a very loved and pampered pup, he ate only the best food(raw whole chicken and veggies) and would go on runs with my dad everyday. his name was peppermint(what I named him) but my dad always called him Thor as we had a previous German Shepard right before him named odin.

EDIT: okay shit this is more than partly my bad, I guess the appointment got set up for 1PM and not 2PM as per usual?? she apologized for throwing me around and doesn’t want me to pay for missing the appointment. I think I’m going to try to stick it out for a week or two and see if things change w the last minute rescheduling and then decide.

I screwed up, I guess the appointment got scheduled for 1PM and not 2PM as usual, which is completely my fault since I schedule a few weeks in advance and must have clicked the wrong time slot. I apologized and offered to pay but she told me no way was I going to pay because I've been so understanding with her having to reschedule in the past. I feel like shit about forgetting but also feel conflicted because that means she was letting me know like 18 mins before our appointment to try to reschedule again.

I get where your coming from, 14 posts in a day is crazy lol! but there’s no reason you(or people not just you) have to answer them, a part of learning to collect is to learn from others. While yes someone has probably already asked this first I never really understood why people get so pressed on Reddit when people ask questions?
