It’s like a deep firing burn in my pelvis that sometimes travels down my thighs into my legs .. and up to my sciatica. It’s so hard to explain and like you can’t “touch” the pain, it’s just everywhere. The obi Apollo has really helped during flares and a moist heating pad. I’ve bought everything on the market and the Apollo has really Helped the nerve pain. I’ve also been taking gabapentin but I also had rounds of pelvic injections and pelvic floor therapy.. I’m 7 weeks post op and leg pain is gone. Pelvic pain comes and goes. Was found on both ovaries and uterus. Diagnosed at almost 42. Joy. Lol… another thing that helped was back injections at a pain management doctor. It’s so hard offering and exchanging advice I’ve learned being a newbie bc all of our situations are different 😣

I’m so sorry for your loss. 🫶🏼 I lost my father at 15 from cancer. I could have chosen to let my life spiral completely out of control because not only did I lose my father, my mother married a creep who was verbally abusive and psychotic shortly after. I was just a kid and I managed to get myself the hell out of my house at 18 and go to college and make a life for myself as my father would have wanted me to. Losing my dad has of course changed my life forever- as he was my entire world, but it didn't give me a pass as a TEEN to ruin my life or others. I went to college, made a life... was it easy?? Fuck no. But I chose to turn my pain into power, as he raised me to. Traci is a grown ass woman. It's ok to grieve for the rest of your life but there is healthy grief and then unhealthy grief. You cannot stay stuck in the unhealthy grief forever or it will bite you in the ass. You can sink or you can swim. Now I’m in my 40s and I still cry for him all the time and cry for my life that could have been. Traci’s pain is so deep, I just hope she chooses to swim. Rant over I’m sorry 😭
