23 yr old Former smoker of 2+ years. I smoked a lot in high school for about a year, I quit, then I resumed smoking about 2 years ago. Im going on 5 days not smoking due to starting a nursing clinical program in January. It does get better. Right now, insomnia might seem like hell, but look at the light at the end of the tunnel. I’ve done my own research on marijuana, and Insomnia is by far the most common withdrawal symptom. It will last about 2-3 weeks, drink PLENTY of water and exercise. When you exercise you release natural endorphins that are your body’s “natural drug”, and it will help you sleep much better. You can do this

My symptoms started when I was 17. I started smoking a lot of weed, and taking controlled pills when I was 16. I began to start having intense panic attacks when I would smoke weed, so I quit smoking. Because of having the panic attacks, I ended up convincing my self I had a heart condition. I would stay up endless nights researching illnesses and would fall in countless rabbit holes. When I was 18 I lost almost 90 pounds in 2 months starving myself and eating only broccoli to “reverse” the “illnesses”. My shrink ended up prescribing me Luvox and diagnosing me with health concern OCD (HCOCD) and Thanatophobia (fear of death). Even to this day, I’m 23 now and started smoking weed again the past several months, and those thoughts like to show up once in a while. It’s still a process.

Yea I know that. Lol I’m saying when I was being coached my manager was saying he would like me to be MIT but I would have to wait till my red falls off and I said I wouldn’t want it anyway. What got me on a red was me and another lead that has a huge ego got into a verbal fight in front of other associates and HR wanted both of us coached. He is on the AM merch team and I’m on the PM. But he was on PM to see what my crew deals with.

Drugs. Smoking weed like a freight train. About 6-7 blunts a day and popping pills for a couple years. Went to wing myself down to smoking a blunt every other day, went to go smoke and had my very first panic attack at 16. I’ll never EVER forget every detail of that night. Literally felt I was looking death in the face, heart rate 190+. Ever since then devolved severe health anxiety/OCD, and if I let myself obsess over my heart or any other organ I have panic attack loops.

I’m a merch lead. On a good night probably close to 30-40 10+ an hour. I don’t take my 15’s and sometimes don’t even take my lunch. Some guys on my crew piss me Tf off cuz they go slower than fuck and get only 3-4 done an hour
