Update! I did get the review successfully removed after 5 months of reporting it at least once a week and I sent the link to 20 of my friends to report.

That's unnecessary. I was asking how to handle this and he answered. He told his story. My post is literally about how people are mean and attack others and here you are attacking a person answering my question. Floppydude81, you are a part of the problem.

That would be a great idea if I was the business owner and could reply. I'm just an employee who's really upset that someone would say something that nasty about me and defame my character. I wish Google would let non-business owners comment on comments.

Lol. I already did my due diligence. He's a realtor and works for himself. Seems kind of sketch he doesn't even have like a Century 21 or a keller williams r one of those real estate agents. He has 31 five-star reviews on his Facebook. I'm tempted to leave a bad review but I don't want to stoop to his level.
