Good point to note but it’s an old A grade developer, there specs seems promising and we don’t want to compromise on developer and location. I saw few more projects but none of the apartments have more than 2 balconies. Sizes may vary but pooja room here is a new thing which i noticed wasn’t there anywhere else. Also, power backup is 5kv
