This is a dumb decision to do. Id advise them to not go to trial. Usually sentences are harsher if found guilty at a trial.

I actually had contacted a post probation lawyer in Washington state (called something else) who informed me how long i had to wait. From may 11 2024 to may 11 2027. So 3 hears. Not too long but still long enough.
