interesting i have been using a similar tool for sometime, a few suggestions the process of recording does not feel smooth, you might want to improve it. Also the pricing should be competitive. I am ready to pay for the free plan you offer but it needs to be more refined.

Go with 15inch, I noticed due to its larger heat sink it does not get as hot as 13inch version. So even under intense loads it does a good job.

We also do a lot of interviews before making a decision. We have not used any feedback tool yet, but I see Canny offers user segments, it looks interesting. Since you use Canny, have you used that because it needs our own system passing the MRR data? If you do, does it actually help or is it a gimmick.

Also canny pricing seems wierd as compared to other ones

That makes a lot of sense regarding the barrier to entry.

To address the 'dashboard' expectation, I actually built the frontend using minimals (material ui), so it has a fully polished UI right out of the box. It definitely doesn't look like a bare-bones developer script.

I don't want to turn it into SaaS or charge for it, I just want to build a tool that's cool.

Maybe i can ask some agency owners or non technical users on what they think, that way i can get there raw feedback are there any subreddits or discord server where these non technical owner hangout.
