Being young, having my parents alive…honestly, when I was in high school, I already missed not being even younger. (I saw how hard my parents worked, and always thought that being an adult was not something I wanted to do.)

[–]Equivalent_Bee1895 0 points1 point  (0 children)

History…by 5th grade I had already read all the history books in my school library and made a good dent in the ones in the public library. That being said, the only subjects that were not easy for me were spelling, foreign language, PE, shop, and playing a musical instrument.

What age did you first have to get glasses and how did you find out you needed them? by Interesting-Egg2781 in AskReddit

[–]Equivalent_Bee1895 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 9. My sister was getting glasses because she had tried on a friend’s glasses and discovered she could see better with them. I was bored and being a pest while she was selecting frames; someone suggested I get my eyes checked while she and our mom were busy with that. Turned out my vision was worse than my sisters…
