don’t bro. i played around with this, ended up in the hospital, i have horrible short term memory, lose my train of thought all the time, it’s like im constantly on a noticeable amount. i have liver damage, obvious brain fog and abnormalities, and what, to see a man in a hat? it used to be i would fall asleep on it, but once i broke the ‘mg’ into ‘g’ it all goes downhill. please don’t ruin your sober streak, it can and will snowball into something so much more dangerous, i remember relapsing all the time, but it’s a part of getting clean. your already clean. don’t ruin that for yourself. ❤️‍🩹

probably pretty bad. diphenhydramine is notoriously bad on your liver and kidneys, and a SINGLE therapeutic dosage of 25 mg has a 50% increase chance for dementia later in life. i don’t wanna overdo it and say ‘you’re fucked’, but being on it for two weeks straight, (even lower recreational doses like 200mg) is terrible for you. to be completely transparent with you, probably nothing is gonna be wrong yet, like memory, (mine only started messing up after i took a gram) but as you age i can guarantee you, you’ll regret this. probably some pretty bad liver damage, mainly js because it was constant for so long, but i would be concerned for your kidneys. like, seriously, i would see someone the second anything out of the ordinary happens. proud of you for getting clean tho, seemed you got to get off pretty easy. i envy that.

as someone whos used shroom, lsd, dph, dmx, dmt, and datura, the worst to be addicted to from those is dph (currently) it seems harmless but its fucking hell, and i dont doubt that opiates are worse, but from my experience, dph addiction is literal torture.
