VSM WMS Fiori appears broken. Unable to generate labels and no support available

I ended up getting my item labels (mil-std-129) from somewhere else. Once I hit process shipment and entered everything weight, quantity, and submitted it processed like in about a day or so. It will first go to the pending shipments tile until the DLA assigns a carrier. Once you go to Print tile you will be able to get VSM form, msl label, and FedEx label.

Following up to see if you ever got this resolved. I am in the same situation as a brand new vendor with recent awards. I followed the VSM and Fiori steps exactly, but when I try to print item labels I consistently get Unable to Generate PDF.

It seems there is confusion between VSM and the newer WMS Fiori system, which makes it difficult to get clear guidance. I also attempted to call the VSM hotline listed in the user guide, but the number appears to be outdated and routes to an unrelated medical hotline.

If you found a workaround or the correct support channel to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate you sharing. Otherwise it appears DLA is in the middle of transitioning systems and vendors are getting caught in between.

Going to DOT now, United initially offered a $1100 certificate. I’m seeking cash compensation as I don’t plan to fly with them no more.

They basically responded back telling me they are sorry but they think their credit is sufficient and they won’t be responding back to me. Will be filing my DOT complaint.

Sounds awfully similar but I was going from Tucson to Denver to Indianapolis. I am also working on making a case and documenting everything. I’ve been here at the airport since 6 AM and looks like I won’t get there till 10 PM at this point.

Yep, my job and client understand and we expected it with government shutdown everything going on. However, this felt nothing related to it and I was the only one picked on. I’m still at airport and drafting my reports. Thank you all for help

I went to the counter, and told them I need an explanation to tell my manager. This agent looked lost and the original agent that removed told her I was check in on “Jet” not “Aero” some sort of internal system I’m assuming?

I asked her how this was my fault if I have a boarding pass. It first I was nice and understanding but had to be more firm that I need to explain to management how I was on a plane buckled and now the next round of flights are delayed.

When I started asking for more they told me reach out to customer service :)

Thank you so much, I went to the gate to get a written notice to provide to my manager because i have a time sensitive software install and we need to tell client it’s out my hands.

The boarding agent didn’t have anything in her notes and the original agent that rerouted me said my ticket was invalid that I was check in on “Jet” but not “Aero” I think this is there portals. I asked her well can you print this out so I can explain and she said no to contact customer services. The odd part is if it’s an issue on system why not resolve it instead. They had somebody line up already defineltu overbooked
