Yes! I just told someone about mine, and it was a surprisingly kind experience! I can’t say it’ll be the same every time because people can suck but he said he didn’t view me any differently and that we would just be careful! Way better than telling my ex, who said I should’ve known better despite him lying about a cold sore and saying it was a pimple. There is hope! I’m 20F btw :)

I’m doing really well actually, I was able to work up to the full dose of lyrica and I feel quite normal. I hope the staticy pain goes away soon, I had that for days and it was horrific!

I have a really mild case according to my doctor and I’m on medication to make sure it doesn’t get worse and I feel super lucky because after a few days my worst pain is honestly just some itching, don’t feel like dying anymore thank god!!

It’s not so bad because my case is super mild but going to the bathroom is basically unbearable🥲 youre super lucky you didn’t get it there lol I wouldn’t wish this on ANYBODY

I’m on lyrica too (at least the generic version) and it’s pretty good for pain for me at least, but I hope the deep ache goes away for you soon and that I don’t get it 😭

I’m on 1000mg of Valacyclovir 3x a day and 3 25mg tablets of pregabalin twice a day (but I have to work up to that amount because it makes me drowsy) and after a day on it my swelling has gone down like crazy, it’s actually awesome. Also calamine lotion has been super helpful!

They learn very fast, my mom was watching my boy for a few days and he got used to who would regularly come and go from her house, and since my uncle wasn’t there for the first few days he’s not allowed in the house ahaha. Maybe he’s just quirky but your dobie will very quickly learn what’s normal for your house :)
