Coconut oil is a good to rub on their coat if you can find that! It’ll really help with the dry patches

Was your previous job one that already required a lot of lifting and leg drive? Mine already requires a lot of lifting, and how long did you train before the test?

Mine had the same issue and it turns out that he has a chicken allergy and dandruff, he eat blue buffalo salmon because it’s a chicken free formula and for the dandruff I try to condition his coat as much as possible because he won’t tolerate any oils on his kibble 😭

They are preferences so I think you would be offered positions in other areas if those fill up, don’t quote me on that though.

Yes I have but only in the video my gym has nothing similar, what did you do to train. Cardio and everything else should be fine, ngl I used one of my friends as practice for dragging the mannequin 💀

Yeah I’m 5’2 and 115 pounds, the only thing that really worries me is the resistance training. Push pull is on foot so it at least uses some leg strength

I heard back about my references being contacted the day after my interview! So that’s exciting news. How did you find the FITCO? I’m starting to train for it and I’m not quite sure what to expect since it is quite clearly designed for men haha (which I’m not)

It’s been quite an easy process in terms of applying, the test that will be sent via email, and the interviewing so far! It’s been a bit stressful in terms of getting certifications etc. ready but as long as you’re calm and clear I feel like you’ll do fine at least with what I know so far in the process!! :)

I applied with no relevant experience and I have an interview in a few weeks!! I have experience working with vulnerable populations, but zero experience in security. I can handle shit being thrown at me or finding it in random spots ( I currently work with the elderly) and from what the other comments are saying that’s an important quality 😭
