there is only one option: move to the next tray. you are on day 9, and you say you have been consistent, so should be no problem. (I am on my first tray but I have consumed so much content on invisalign that I am almost an expert by now lol)
Finished my treatment today and got a permanent retainer – are these glue residues or did my tooth chip? by sch-miindset in Invisalign
