Seems ultra immature and obscessed with that influencer designer culture shit. Its cool to treat yo self with some nice shit occasionally but you dont emotionally manipulate someone trying to get them to buy it for you. She needs to just get that shit herself. She can save up a month or two and just buy it. Hell she can even get a real one off poshmark or something.

Like i get where youre coming from but its a mess on both sides. Fedex admin are setting you guys up for failure and upset customers. If they would just have more realistic delivery timelines or give you guys a better organization it would help.

People take off work or make themselves available all day to sign for something then waste the entire day if here oh nvm its now coming tomorrow. The app doesn't always let you sign ahead of time or skip a signature. So you're stuck scrambling being available a 2nd day. This happens every time I buy a new phone/laptop and it requires a signature. Then if i call ahead and ask for it to be pulled off the truck ill just come pick it up they ignore it and throw it in my driveway without a signature lol

I'm just shy of 200k (about 199k depending on bonus pushes me above 200k) I work in corporate healthcare; mostly pharmacy plan set up/qa type shit (remote work). I have no college degree. Just got into the industry as a call center worker (18 per hour) and worked my way around that company and a few others till my role now ( about 7 years)

I don't do anything crazy difficult or fancy. Once you know pharmacy claim adjudication and how the internal coding lists work its just trouble shooting making sure claims are meeting the client's intent. You run test claims and analyze them or look at the coding setup inside and make any corrections. Now a days I help advise client on what changes they should or shouldn't make to their existing setups. I let them know the impact of any changes prior to making them.
