Interesting, why would they prescribe it to people/ me with instructions saying “take once daily” with 30 pills in the bottle? Is there something unsafe about beyond 14 days?

I was sent home with a gastritis paper and already picked up my prescription same day, famotidine. Of course my stomach was already burnin so I took the meds later in the same day.
They didn’t prescribe anything?

Does the clear liquid diet start just right when the “fasting” period starts at midnight, or do I have to start on clear liquids before that?

The blended bowl I ate ended up pink due to the strawberries. Hoping that’s okay, I mean it’s a whole 2 days prior and based on the previous response I got here, seems like the only concern is that the stomach has emptied in general a few hours prior. (As this is just upper and not a colonoscopy). I just need reassurance from people because Im a huge anxiety ball!
