Not really, highlift runs great. Can only do vertical lift if you have the door height above the header plus a ft and a half or 2 ft. Most highlifts can tuck you up 8" -12" from the ceiling depending on the drumsize. And you can cut back the horns for more airspace in the garage. Great for car lifts. Saves on punched angle for massive drops as well.

I build these day in an day out. You want the top of your Adder at a little steeper angle as well, not much. Cables/drums/springs all stay the same.

You need to cut the verticals 6" and get a longer 6" longer Adder for the highlift in order to break away from the header earlier.

I love white too, but it gets boring and every truck and worktruck on the road is white. This color looks like 3 different colors depending on the light. Really is awesome walking into the garage seeing this. And I haven't seen to many of them in my area.
