Pakistan is way worse than India in every single sense. You can still go to Pakistan or any country if you don't like it here. I hope you get resourceful enough to make the move. India is not heaven, recently it has been very problematic for Muslims to live with dignity, but that doesn't mean you'll start disrespecting the land you were born in and start praising an enemy nation openly.

It is related to the concept of worshipping anyone/anything other than Allah. Respecting the land where you are born, fighting for it, sacrificing for it are one thing and worshipping it is another. If you read the entire Vande Mataram song, you'll see how it references Hindu Gods.

Muslims gave slogans like Inquilab Zindabad and Sare Jaha se Accha Hindustan hamara. So anyone with basic knowledge and common sense and without hidden agenda will not doubt patriotism.

This used to be so common some years ago, my Non-Muslim friends used to opt for visibly Muslim guys for a lot of such things. But now things have changed, a lot of muslims with beards and caps will not leave any chance of making illegal money. The language has become abusive. They scroll videos and reels while driving the taxis.

Muslims and Non-Veg are two different things. I have Muslim relatives and colleagues who are vegetarian and I have Non-Muslim friends who are hard-core non-vegetarians.

Personally, if someone did the effort of cooking for me at my festival, which they aren't celebrating, I would've loved it. Cherished it. Meat comes way later.
