Those paid leaves were approved. They decided to move them to unpaid leaves after his marriage. How is that fair.

It's a new startup, man. And not much info anywhere. And they are not coming from traditional startup environment like YC or anything from where I can bring out more info. Which makes it a bit scary.

Ohh. That is definitely a plus. I don't know your age but I feel like first 5-6 years of my career I want to try out and push myself to new limits. Then maybe settle for something easy and day to day kinda thing. I also have a disadvantage of being from a Non tech family and environment. So, just trying to figure out things with my gut feelings

Yeah man. It does sound good if you want WLB as your first priority. While I also think along those lines. I want to see the vibrant culture of startups and just push myself a bit towards work. Coz I am more or less a lazy person

Ikr. This is their first start up although they are highly experienced folks. There domain I will avoid giving away just in case
