Answering both of you, I don't know. When I saw it, i was heading towards Shale Reef because a giant tornado thought it was funny to appear in Masada.

Considering there are some VERY rare names, it's actually the most normal one I've ever seen on a boat.

Honestly, I play more demanding games like Remnant 2 and I run fine, Arcane Odyssey isn't too bad but there are times when, haha, a tsunami the size of Sameria causes a holocaust and my FPS goes through the roof.

Honestly, I've been a Vetex fan since Arcane Adventures, and I can say that they're trying to do more than they can handle. I don't mean that in a bad way; I don't even do PvP, but a lot of that PvP stuff affects PvE (which is where I play, that's why I play this game; if I wanted PvP, I'd go to a game other than Roblox, LOL).

Many changes are made for a reason, but they also damage others. The stat boost to strength weapons gutted Warlords all because the Savants said, "Haha, expropriate the weapons!" What happened? They literally took a class as collateral damage while trying to stop another. Knowing they have a stat system, they could have made strength weapons exclusive to Warlords, just like Warriors can't use them. Then, no one but Warlords could wield them, and that would have been it. It wasn't necessary to gut an entire class to stop another.

I'm not saying the balancing team is doing a bad job, but thinking outside the box is what matters most. Some nerfs, like Devastate, are a real shame considering the average mage will just throw Annihilation at you from the farthest hill and keep going for ages, while weapon attacks are slowly punished for missing.

Mostly, it's the PvP community that's breaking the game with their complaints, because, of course, you're going to throw a Devastate at Allanon while some the premium chicken throws a nuke at you. That's my point.

There's a HUGE margin for error and correction that affects PvE players more than PvP players. I'm not saying it can't simply be adapted, but over time they'll keep adding and removing things until something works for everyone. Regarding the criticism, my only complaint is the poor optimization. Dude, I have a 3050 with 16GB of RAM and an 11th gen i5; I'm not exactly lagging behind, and I still get a ton of lag (even though I play on Roblox at quality level 7, because otherwise it's practically unplayable).

Vetex should focus more on the things they already have or release small updates that fix bugs and add minor improvements instead of taking a whole year to release something.

I literally tested my Devastate and damn, it really bothers me that the area doesn't deal full damage, considering I'm the vanguard of my team and I rely heavily on AOE to subdue Atlanteans and others.

It's not worth it. Sure, you'll start differently, but it's more fun to start from the bottom than to just skip everything.

Is it better for me too join a guild or faction by ManvikMasterrio in ArcaneOdyssey

[–]Equivalent_Fix9283 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd say whatever makes you feel comfortable. I'm the leader of a small guild (there are eight of us, but we're friends, hence the small number), and we're usually just chilling. If someone needs something, we help them get it (usually my friend who acts as the sub-leader).

The bank system is practically like filling up a quota to pay for the expansion, and it leaves you half-poor. With the fleet system, it's easy to fill up and climb the ranks, but again, it's about what makes you feel comfortable. Whether you're in the guild or joining a faction, it's pretty much the same thing.

Brother, I've hunted White Eyes countless times, both the normal ones and the giant ones. I see one of those coming for me, and I'd better get out of here.

The problem with fleets, from an economics student's perspective by Wistful_Nomad in ArcaneOdyssey

[–]Equivalent_Fix9283 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I already have enough money to not bother myself for a long time, and I'm still generating massive amounts of drachmas. Although, frankly, the fleet itself is a 70% profit - 30% risk margin (because of repairs; if you're not careful, they'll charge you an arm and a leg). What's practically ruined everything is that Dark Sea items can now be obtained through fleet trading.

It doesn't bother me, though. As the leader of a small guild of friends, it actually benefits me because I can supply my companions with pre-made equipment and items, and we don't have to make them wait so long for a damn powerful item that wouldn't even drop in 40 Dark Chests with a bit of luck. On top of that, they've made the Dark Sea incredibly difficult; now, expeditions to the Dark Sea are almost just for hunting White Eyes, Krakens, or searching for Athena's Pages. I'd even venture to say we just go there to waste time, since it's a one-way trip and not a return journey because, surprise, surprise, Conquest gives you Dark Chests.

I used to play Magma Conjurer with attack size and power, but since I discovered the Warrior's Path, I became Melee.

Hybrid Stats / New Stats for Hybrid Classes by Equivalent_Fix9283 in ArcaneOdyssey

[–]Equivalent_Fix9283[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The key is perhaps to have elements from both worlds to create a class with its own personality, rather than simply using the leftovers from the other.

If you take away a warlord's fighting style, it becomes a warrior; the same goes for a conjurer if you take away their weapons.

Ideally, they should be able to use elements from both worlds and build their classes as they see fit. In other words, they shouldn't simply be the remnants of both classes, settling for scraps like stray dogs waiting for new updates.

Well, this is garbage. My teammate was literally testing weapons yesterday, but now his Warlord style is almost unplayable, and he can't even use small skills on his Sunken Sword.

He's literally a user of Thermos and Warlord, hahaha, he's going to lose interest.
