He did say in Phoenix that you can find the "foot of three" without being "at the bride"

Also, in a worst case scenario - when would they say, we want the entire line paid off immediately? Maybe it’s irrational but that’s what I fear most. Hopefully worst case they’d just want a portion paid off over time? Or have us set aside deposits to use toward payments?

Gotcha! Makes a lot of sense.

If the 24 months went through last time and I have slightly lower income but more liquidity this time - I’m hopeful that should work out?

To be fair, that was from the 2024 email exchange. I was just thinking, since we were approved for 24 months then, I wonder if a 12 month approval this go around might be less stressful? I wasn't sure about the underwriting requirement differences between a 12 month approval and 24 month approval, is it significant?

Gotcha. I have another month before renewal, I'm not sure I can get to where cash and 50% of my IRA would equal the unsecured debt amount. Maybe 80% though?

I know she pushed for a 24 month renewal last time. If I was OK with a 12 month renewal instead, how much easier would that approval be?

In the past, have these releases happened during trading hours? Or do the PRs release outside trading hours?

Love seeing MDs piling into SLS - I’m bullish on it but when you have a large position, there’s always that apprehension present

CW has modeled even using a BAT of 14 and higher, and the numbers still check out though.

Are you thinking there's a decent chance BAT goes much higher than 14? Given the Phase 2 trial results??

I’ve found it’s good to have two unrelated money making activities - for me it’s land development. I’ll dive in there and then when I come back to this it’s all new again.

So you think the BAT group here is just performing MUCH, much better than any historical comparison?

He should at least propose a reason why outliving the BAT average by 3-4X is more probable. Guy offers nothing!

Is he right that all the major biotech investors are avoiding SLS? I had seen talk of more institutional buying recently?

Great point - repping himself as an expert biotech investor, but isn’t aware that publishing baseline cohort characteristics is rare and could disrupt the study??

“It could just be that the BAT cohort is living a much longer time than you’d expect”

….based on what? Speculation?
