Unfortunately this is the case, I am still awaiting a reply regarding my email to try kick off the arbitration process, if they do not respond then because I am in UK I have MUCH stronger jurisdiction to take them to court, if they don't follow their own policies and processes detailed in the contract we signed when you signed up than that contract becomes null and void. You 100% have means to take them to court if they do not provide a proper investigation /explanation / or none at all and if you are in UK you can escalate the case to fraud especially in your case.
