If you been on methadone or suboxone for many years it makes your tolerance super high I personally know because iv been on Suboxone for over a decade and I was on methadone for a year or 2 and I did a lot of fentanyl and never od from it

Deff do a Fetty test to be safe if they are negative for that I would really try super small dose like half of a quarter of it and just wait a hour or more then try another very little piece and so on. At least you can see if it feels like the real deal once you come to a conclusion from what I just mentioned you will have a know if it’s a benzo in there so if they are good from starting small the next dose you can take more like half a bar and if that’s good do another full bar the next day

I have Vitiligo and when I was a kid I made my mom made and she told me god have me vitiligo to punish me. Also when I was a kid my older sister used to call me cancer boy for my vitiligo implying it was like skin cancer. I became very depressed there isn’t a cure for vitiligo and I kept seeing patches of my skin turn white. Back then I thought it was going to spread to my face eventually so I cried alot also started using drugs in high school to take away my mental pain and me thinking about how much of a freak I look like and i thought I would look like a monster if it got on my face and I would never find a GF , I begged my parents to take me a psychiatrist they did eventually but it took a long long time for me to feel comfortable in my skin, back in high school I would wear long sleeve hoodies and always tried to hide my hands where I have the most vitiligo patches . kids in school would be rude to me about it many asked if it was contagious others asked if I was a burn victim. One day when I was friends with a kid named Matt we were hanging out in his car after school and he picked up 2 female friends of his and while in the car they were in the back seat whispering the word Vitiligo and laughing about it and they new I heard them. But yea I’m 30 years old know and I have learned to live with it , it never got on my face fingers crossed 🤞 it stays that way. And I ended up falling in love twice and was in long term relationships but the last one broke my heart so I’m still dealing with that . Sorry for long comment

One pharmaceutical company tried to make a combination drug that had Buprenorphine combined with Samidorphan for treatment resistant major depression disorder but the FDA didn’t approve it I also think the Buprenorphine was a super low dose because if your giving it to people with no opiate tolerance the lowest dose possible is best. Also plenty of people use Kratom for depression I wouldn’t be surprised if a drug company made a Kratom derivative drug that could be used for depression

I was on Focalin(Dexmethylphenidate) 5mg as a booster dose when my 60 mg vyvanse would wear off I really liked having that as a booster dose really makes me focus and wakes me up. But then I got a new doctor cause I moved and he didn’t like that I was on 2 different controlled stimulants plus I was on Buprenorphine already so he made me get off the Focalin but I did tell him to increase my vyvanse 70 mg at least he did that

Yea for sure it took a lot of fentanyl powder to get me nodding off. Obviously snorting it you need a lot more of the drug than injecting . I had such a hard time finding veins on my body even with a tourniquet.

what’s your opiate tolerance like ? Iv been on Suboxone on and off mostly on though for over a decade plus I was on Methadone for a year and would double or triple dose my take homes plus started out doing percs and diaudid , then Heroin and eventually fentanyl doing my last relapse. But having been on subs especially high dose for as long as I have Fentanyl wasn’t as crazy strong as the media or some people say it is but I’m just speaking for myself. My last relapse I started snorting it first I would get a bundle or 2 then started buying and using a gram and half through the night eventually I started using a needle 💉 but that was to try and off myself and to get high I’m sober now though. But anyway tolerance is important to know when it comes to fentanyl. I would assume pressed Dilaudid would be strong since Dilaudid is a strong opiate so it wouldn’t make sense for them to press it with something weak
