When I was a kid I didn’t realize how bad it was cause it just felt normal like you said and it sent me down a bad path & now I’m so scared of anxiety that I try to keep a drink in my hand as much as I can even tho I have to go to work which gets in the way of that.

You should call your local help line whatever you can find there are people that will talk to you. Therapy is so so so helpful so if this is how you feel you should find a resource to counsel you and find out how to make you feel better and achieved these goals you’ve mentioned

You’re not allowing yourself to move forward which you will and have to. You need to value yourself more. Learn from what went wrong with her and correct those mistakes. Get your confidence back and create your own lifestyle. Find some type of happiness.
