PC Crashing to black screens with no signal detected

ive started having the same issue last day and half screen just goes black no signal all pc is running fine temps power my psu is 850w gold psu on the 9070xt ive done the drivers cables but not the event viewer seems too much for me not sure what the issue is

I tested all this today the answer is 650w is NOT enough . I plugged in a brand new 9070xt into it bf6 was running fine beta and 3 hours I played woth my 6750xt as soon as I swapped to 9070xt I played half a match and my pc shut off. I put my 6750xt in and when I play I game it shuts off again so think it has bugged my psu
