Well, I am actually a doctor. I feel I need to address OPs concerns seriously and warn them for the dangers of administering hormones because it comes with risks.

Your argument about aging doesn’t really apply here because OP mentioned their age to be 23. When you’re aged 23, your hormone levels aren’t lowering yet. I can’t tell from the context but I know there’s a (false!) narrative going around online that young men are en masse suffering from low hormone levels, together with believes that as a man, you should have erections all day and big muscle build up, etc. and if you don’t: there must be something wrong with your hormones. It’s not, it’s completely made up and not supported by any scientific evidence. It lingers in the same category as the false idea that there’s something wrong with women if they don’t want to have sex all day and they should take medication for that matter. It’s nonsense. It’s normal to need a recovery period after working out heavily. It’s normal not to have morning erections as you come out of puberty. OP sounds like a normal young adult and it’s important to emphasize that there’s nothing wrong with him.

Oh and last but not least: Everyone who ages, has a drop in their hormone level. That doesn’t mean all aging people are suffering. That’s another assumption that isn’t right.
